Founder agreement snapshot
A summary-level commercial frame so founders can understand the model before they accept the full terms in the workspace. The legal agreement signed inside the platform takes precedence.
Pro (Default once live)
Use the managed platform with Studio Copilot, build, launch, performance, and platform ops.
- Platform fee: A$399/mo (up to 3 ventures, 5 seats)
- Platform transaction fee: 1.5% of Quokkacorn-processed venture revenue from the first customer payment. This is separate from the rev share and does not count toward the A$250k cap.
- Rev share: 12% of net venture revenue until cap (per the Founder MSA, net = gross receipts less refunds, chargebacks, and GST)
- Rev-share trigger: 5 paying customers AND A$3k MRR (both required)
- Cap: A$250k OR 36 months from launch, whichever first
- Buyout: 24× last month's rev-share payment
- Post-cap: Roll onto Alumni (see below) or buy out
- Ownership: Founder retains brand, domain, and customer data throughout, and your venture code is yours to take with you. Data export available on request.
Free + Venture Pack (Pre-revenue)
Validation and scope are free for one venture. The optional Venture Pack (A$99 one-off) exports your brief, research, mockups, and backlog as a polished PDF and credits the full A$99 toward your next paid month if you continue with Quokkacorn within 45 days.
Builder (Pre-revenue self-serve)
A$149/mo gets you the full workspace for one pre-revenue venture. No rev share before Pro traction. The optional Build Pack (A$249 one-off) unlocks pack export on Builder, with 90-day credit toward Pro.
Launchpad (Custom setup)
Quoted at A$1,500-A$3,000 one-off for founder-led builds that need manual validation, scoping, setup, and launch sequencing before the standard workspace flow takes over.
Agency (White-label operators)
Sales-led from A$1,499/mo. For agencies launching multiple client software businesses, marketplaces, portals, or AI-enabled tools. Includes white-label setup, support for running multiple client ventures, and terms agreed up front before you start.
Concierge (Portfolio operators)
Sales-led from A$999/mo. Up to 10 ventures, 10 seats, onboarding scheduled and tracked in your workspace, and a dedicated support queue. Same platform-fee and rev-share terms as Pro.
Alumni (Post-cap)
After the cap (A$250k or 36 months), the venture rolls onto flat hosting at 0% rev share, month-to-month. Pricing scales with venture size across three bands: A$299/mo base, A$799/mo at A$500k+ ARR, A$1,999/mo at A$2M+ ARR (ceiling). Reflects platform load, not a slice of revenue. Founder keeps everything.
How marketplace deals work
- Template Marketplace: Quokkacorn takes 30% of approved template license or sale transactions.
- Expert Network: Quokkacorn takes 15% of approved expert services transacted through the platform.
- Verified Transfers: Quokkacorn takes a 7.5% broker fee on approved software asset, license, or operator-rights transfers.
- We review every deal — a template licence, a venture sale or transfer, operator rights, or an expert service — and confirm the agreement with you before anything changes hands or money moves.
